Dear
Linda,
I
made it!!!!!
God is smiling down on me as my books came the exact same day that I
passed my 3rd test!
I just wanted to let you know how thrilled I am to be a part of this
wonderful group.
I will work very, very hard for this team. I have always striven for
perfection and appreciate those standards. Hopefully, if I work hard
enough I can advance in the company and become a mentor! I admire my
mentor so much, she helped me so much, maybe some day I can help others.
It's so wonderful to be a part of a faith-based company, where God,
love, and faith rule our days and our hearts.
God Bless you and Alan for giving me this opportunity. I won't let you
down.
With love,
Linda M

spent as long time in the Program/Personal Training Program and her
courage and persistence paid off. Her heart and efforts are in it and
she is now a hot commodity. She wrote a letter of encouragement to those
at Transam, and those participating in the Mentoring Program. She has
been with us for over 4 years.
Hi
all,
This is just to take you through a journey that happened so unexpectedly
and turned out to be the best that I ever undertook.
Here I was at the end of the road not knowing where to go when I came
across Transam and that changed everything for me. I have learned so much
for practically nothing. I am continuing to learn and I can only repay
you with my hard work, honesty and effort. I have learned so much:
- To
work hard.
- You
work with the most talented and accomplished "teachers"
who will take five steps to take you ahead if you take one good honest
step forward. They are all so wonderful.
- Your
efforts never go unseen or unappreciated. Trust them.
-
It takes effort and hard work to get ahead to be a good transcriptionist.
Everyone makes mistakes, one should not be afraid of making them,
the idea is not to repeat them and try and achieve a level where it
is easy for all.
- Appreciate
the efforts that go in to get so many on board. So work as hard as
possible to make life for your teachers easier.
Here
is an ode to my teachers:
Linda: My
dear FGM (Fairy God Mother). I am in awe of her and her capacity to
think with all sensitivity for all who work for her. She makes you feel
like a child who is so well taken care of, so safe and wonderful. Not
easy to manage so many people and I commend her. Thank you so much for
being there. She works very hard for us. I have no words to express
my gratitude and affection for her and her efforts. I really don’t.
Anne:
My first guru. I had lost it at the end of group 17. I wrote this very
“given-up kind” of letter to her. She wrote back saying,
“Hang in there, be calm and things will happen.” The way
she wrote that letter changed things around for me; something clicked
and from then on I never looked back. Not a day goes by without me thinking
of Anne. She is a great mentor.
Sharon:
My fav guru. My editor who inspires so much in me. She reminds me of
this chemistry teacher that I had way back in school. I loved the way
she taught the subject and handled the class. I did well because of
her, and Sharon makes me feel the same way. I look forward to her work
notice, the way she says things, and I always want to do well. Just
the mere presence of her as the team leader inspires such confidence
in me. I look forward to all the corrections she makes and I learn so
much from her. She is a GREAT EDITOR.
Wendy:
My new guru. WOW! WOW and some more. I want to be like her. I learn
so much from her and continue to learn. I am really enjoying working
with her. She is like Schumie (Ferrari race driver), so much speed,
correctness, accuracy, and confidence. Wow! I just love working with
her. I am looking forward to working for a long time with her.
Dr. John:
What can I say about this guru, who makes feel at ease. He never will
fail to answer your questions and always makes you feel smiley, happy
and comfortable. I enjoyed working with him so much. He is such a good
editor and never makes you feel scared or nervous. I commend him.
Janice:
My new teacher. I have not worked too long with her, but I can see that
she is a great editor. I appreciate all the things she does. I look
forward to working with her.
So
you see, what a great team of teachers we have. I just love learning,
and the fact that I have such good teachers makes me feel inspired.
I can only say a very humble and deep from the heart THANK YOU TO ALL
OF YOU. EACH OF YOU IS SPECIAL AND HAS GIVEN ME SO MUCH AND CONTINUE
TO GIVE ME SO MUCH. I look forward to working with all of you, each
day.
Love,

has a masters in biochemistry with an emphasis on cardiology. It took
her a long time to make it through the Mentoring Program, but she is
courageous so persevered and she made it. She has a the type of personality
that makes everyone feel good, as her outlook is always positive and
compassionate. We are so pleased she is with us.
Dear
Linda and Alan,
Although
I have not talked with you Linda I have been in contact with Alan. I
am currently in the mentoring program and its help me a lot for the
short time I’ve been working with you. I just wanted to send you
a short thank you for giving me the chance to get experience with you
guys. I can’t even begin to tell you how much that means to me.
I had been looking all over for someone to give me a chance when I finally
stumbled across your web site. You guys are the greatest and once again
thank you.

Anne,
I
just wanted to say how much I'm enjoying the improvements Transam and MT Professional are making to the site. There are so many more avenues for
me to access to search for information it's wonderful! I still get frustrated
because of my lack of knowledge in the medical world, but the more I
study, and learn, I know the better I'll get. I know once I'm in a specialty,
and the longer I work in the profession, the better I'll get. Patience
and a lot of prayer will help! I noticed they also added a chat line
as well. That's a great asset too. I was going to use that today, but
by the time I got back from getting my son from school, you had signed
off. (There is the 2 hr difference. I'm in Colorado!). I'm almost finished
with the Medical Terminology class. I have 3 more chapters to go in
the book and have 3 more practice tests in G3_S1_series. I'll probably
finish those by tonight and download the next set tomorrow. I have actually
finished the tests on line yesterday for the Medical Terminology class.
I hadn't been in that for a while and that changed as well. It took
me a while to find where the tests were! The improvements on the education
site were great as well! Will talk to you tomorrow.
Sincerely,
Grace
