Hello Everyone,

I've just passed my tests!! I am waiting to begin working. I just wanted to let everyone know what a blessing Jannie has been as my mentor and personal trainer. It was not as easy a transition as I thought it would be, working for a private doctor to working for a transcription company. I learned a lot through the mentoring program. Jannie's patient explanations were so helpful. Thanks to all of the other mentors, too, who took tiime to answer questions when Jannie was not available.

I've been reading the past newsletters. Wow! What a great company this seems to be. I'm excited about becoming a part of this team!

I just wanted to let ya know how much I appreciate and care for Jannie.....She is the greatest!!!! She is very understanding, loving when stupid mistakes are made, and a cheerleader when things are going tough...She is a Godsend to me and I know everybody there is blessed when she is around....She is an ANGEL....Thank you for such a good mentor!!!

I think everyone should know what a sweet angel she is and how thoughtful and patient she is. You guys are blessed to have such a mentor. Her heart is so genuine. And I haven't even met her!!!!!! She pours love through every thing she says!!!!

When I first signed up to be in the mentoring program, I was sure I was going to get "scammed."  I was desperate. No one wants to hire you unless you have experience, but I could not find anyone that would give you the opportunity to become "experienced". The mentoring program was exactly what I needed, but It sounded too good to be true. I am so glad that I risked trying it anyway.

I have learned soooo much in the few months that I have been mentored by Jannie. She is great!!! and always VERY patient with all my questions. She is an asset to your organization. You probably know that already, but I just thought I would remind you.

Although I am a newbie in the mentoring/training program, I am not a beginner at word processing and Word (too many years to count). My first experience was with the original program that was put out by Tandy!

Would you please tell Liz that the new computer manual she put together is OUTSTANDING!!! Or as my grandkids would say "SWEET !!!!". I found it very thorough, easy to understand, and direct..All of this without being too long and wordy. Not only is it good for beginners, but it was a great review and reminded me of shortcuts that could be very useful in my new career in medical transcription. It is certainly very appreciated.

I have been in the training program for a couple of months now and I enjoy and look forward to each newsletter. I wasn't sure how to go about sending in a note myself so I hope this is the correct email address.

My mentor is Jannie. I saw several letters praising her and wanted to include my praise as well. She is just so wonderful and so patient. I spent two years in another Medical Transcription course and didn't learn nearly as much as I have so far in Transam. Although I have a ways to go I learn with every mistake. I was also glad to see a letter from someone who had been in the mentoring program for three years. I have felt I would never be good enough and many times I want to just give up. It was nice to know that not everyone can "graduate" from the mentoring program in a very short time. Jannie gave me these words of wisdom not long ago "It is a fool who never asks foolish questions; a wise man asks them, and gets wiser." Jannie has been so patient with me and my questions. I love her so much. I haven't had much contact with the other mentors, but if Jannie is an example you have a wonderful staff of people! There is just one thing I wish would be banned from Medical Transcription-----THE COMMA. I think we should do away with all commas!

My name is Cheryl Martin. I live in Colorado. I mentored with your company almost 2 years ago. You helped me greatly and I am now employed full-time with a local company working out of my home. This would not have happened if it was not for Transam.

Every now and then I receive a call from women looking for help and I have referred a couple to your company because I think so highly of your mentoring program. I referred someone today. I thought I had better inquire as to if that is still okay before I continue doing so. I would love to hear from someone so that I may update my contact list with your company.
