Hello Linda, Hi Linda, Hello, We just got home yesterday evening. Things went relatively well with the surgery. We now have to watch for a fever or vomiting and wake her up every four hours to make sure she lies on equal sides of her head and give her medication. It is very exhausting and I pray for the Lord to help us through this and keep her well and happy again soon. Thanks to everyone for all the prayers and support. It has made this so much easier to bear with all the wonderful people out there praying for her. I will write again soon. God Bless, Heather Hello Linda! Hi Linda: Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I recently have received "The MT Professional" and I am very excited and anxious to get started with Transam. But I did want to say hello to you since I have mostly been doing business with Alan so far. I just received my first copy of your newsletter and it's great! It gives so many useful ideas and it's great to hear from the other MTs working for you -- especially the newbies, as I am a newbie myself. It can be a little intimidating coming into a new profession, and reading your letters lets me know I'm not the only one. I live in Maryland and decided that I wanted to be a stay-at-home mom after we had our daughter, who now is almost 3-years-old. We consider her our little miracle child (Samantha) as she was born 12-weeks early. We are now expecting our second bundle of joy in November, which makes being able to work from home all the more important to me. I want to thank you both for this opportunity and let you know how very excited I am about working with Transam. From what I have seen so far, it truly seems that you take an interest in your MTs, not only on a professional basis, but on a personal level as well. I think that's great!! Thank you again, Michelle H. - Maryland Hi Linda - I just wanted to drop you a quick note and say that I am praying for your peace and mental clarity in the days and weeks ahead - I pray that your time away, just the two of you, will give you just what you need. I pray that you two will be able to solidify your vision of the future of your company, and proceed forward with a clear picture! I can understand how you can have all of the above at one point, and then as life (and success!) happens, situations, circumstances, reality - just all kinds of things change your perspective and provide the need to readjust and clarify your course. I can totally understand your desire to be flexible with what is "correct" etc. I would be like that, too, I think. I could see how a doctor may not really care about some specifics, but just may want it always done the same, whatever it is. However, I also understand, as a newbie, wanting to know the "right" way. I think this insecurity is magnified with the distance, because you don't have someone to just ask those little questions of, or someone who can look over your shoulder for awhile and just say, "Yep, that's right" etc. Don't worry - it will all work out, and pretty soon you'll be in FLORIDA!!! I do fervently pray that you will be totally refreshed by this time away. In Christ's Love, Tammy in Oregon ...End of Page 4... |
