You will have a web-based searchable database with a web page designed just for you which will
allow you to find any file we have ever typed for you.
Telephone Dictation System
Below is a diagram illustrating our Telephone Dictation System.
This system allows you to easily dictate into a phone. Once you
have recorded your dictation over the phone your report will be
generated and available for you to download, at your convenience,
from our secure 128-bit encrypted connection. This system is user
friendly and easy to manage. The reports that you receive will be
of the highest quality and accuracy. All you have to have is a phone
system and a computer with an internet connection.
Digital Dictation System
Below is a diagram illustrating our Digital Dictation System. With
this system you can use your Digital Dictation device to record.
Once you have recorded your dictation all you must do is upload
the file to
our site using our secure 128-bit encrypted. Once you
have uploaded your file your finished report will be ready for you
to download at your convenience within 24-hours.
File Transferring Options
We have a multi-line, HIGH-SPEED TELEPHONE communication system.
The digital phone-in sound quality is much clearer and there are
no bothersome tapes. The phone-in system is recommended for offices
with multiple physicians, affords the quickest turnaround (files come to us throughout the day),
is the simplest to use, and the call-in computer uploads your voice files automatically for you, so you do not need to manually upload to your personal site we design for you.
If you would prefer a handheld DIGITAL DICTATION
SYSTEM, we can accommodate this method. You will need any Olympus dss recorder that records actual dss files saves the most time, or any MP3 recorders such as Sony for about $100 from Amazon.com or from other voice recorder suppliers. The dss recorder is a handheld, portable
unit (like the portable dictation machine that uses tapes) but the
sound quality is much better and again, there are no cumbersome
tapes. The handheld dictation units are recommended for physicians
who are more comfortable using handheld recording units. The physician or office staff will upload the voice files to their personal site we design.
Our computer software converts your dictation to digital sound
files that can be sent to the transcriptionist for amazingly fast
turnaround. You will have access to the typed reports from any of
your private computers, anywhere in the world, via the World Wide
Web and 128-bit encrypted secure connection.
